Arab Banking Corporation (B.S.C.) and HSBC Bank plc are pleased to announce that they have been mandated to arrange and syndicate on behalf of Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait K.S.C a debut three-year USD100 million term loan facility (the 'Facility').
Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait K.S.C. was incorporated in 1967 and is listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange where its shares actively trade. It has fourteen branches in Kuwait, plus one in Dubai and is a full service bank serving retail and corporate customers.
Arab Banking Corporation (B.S.C.) and HSBC Bank plc will act as Joint Bookrunners while HSBC Bank plc will act as the Facility and Documentation Agent.
Syndication is due to be launched shortly.
