Jacky's Electronics launches its first-ever Gitex Shopper Facebook competition

Among the main highlight is Jacky's first-ever Facebook Competition during Gitex Shopper titled, "Why Jacky's Electronics is your kind of place?".

The competition is open to all visitors and customers of Jacky's, which will run during the exhibition.

Customers need to have their photos taken in front of the Jacky's backdrop on the stage in Central Hall and post it on Jacky's fan page at facebook.com/jackysuae/. The photos must have a caption with no more than 100 words talking about the most favourite thing about Jacky's that makes it your kind of place.

Jacky's will choose the most creative caption among the entries to receive brand three new Samsung LCD TVs. A 40" LCD TV awaits the main winner, while the 1st and 2nd runners-up will receive 32" and 26" LCD TVs respectively. The winners will be announced on the last day of Gitex Shopper at Jacky's stand.

Furthermore, in partnership with Dubai 92-Radio 4, Gitex visitors can also join a daily radio show at Jacky's stage by participation in the on-the-spot radio competition. Prizes at stakes range from laptops, tablets, mobiles phones, cameras, TVs, gaming products, and MP3 players by simply answering some questions related to Jacky's, Gitex and the latest products available at the exhibition.

Meanwhile, customers can also recycle their old mobiles, cameras or MP3 players during Gitex through Jacky's Eco-Exchange programme. A chance to win Fuji cameras are also up for grabs for every product being recycled at the stands.
"We have been participating with Gitex Shopper for ten years now, and we want this year to be more interactive with our customers. By using different channels of communication such as Facebook and radio, we are able to reward them not only with the latest gadgets but also by making their experience at Gitex a very enjoyable," said Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer, Jacky's Electronics.

"Aside from these competitions we are holding, the Jacky's Eco-Exchange programme allows our visitors not only the chance to responsibly dispose of their old items but also buy new devices with the cash vouchers received every time they recycle their products," he added.
In addition, customers can also enjoy up to 3 years on different brands by availing Jacky's Extended Warranty scheme.

Jacky's Electronics is among the largest retail exhibitors at Gitex Shopper with total floor space spanning 12,000 square feet across the Central, East and West Halls of Airport Expo Dubai.
