Jacky's opens new showroom at Deira City Centre

The opening of the retail outlet at the mall, one of Dubai's busiest shopping venues, brings to five the total number of showrooms Jacky's has in the UAE.

"At Deira City Centre we will be able to reach residents and tourists that frequent the mall. Being present at the mall and surrounded by so many retailers, presents its own challenges - which we are eager to take on," said Soni Tolani, Executive Director, Jacky's Electronics.

Located at Centre Court, covering an area of approximately 3100 sq. feet, the new Jacky's showroom has the complete range of products available at all Jacky's stores. The range on offer can be sectioned into five distinct categories - IT, photographic and audio-visual equipment, appliances and mobile telephones.

Tolani added that the opening of the Deira City Centre store is part of the company's plan to grow its retail presence in the emirates. Last year, recognising retail opportunity in Sharjah, Jacky's became one of the first companies to open at Sahara Centre. By the end of the year Jacky's, had emerged top electronics retailer at the mall for all promotions held during the mall's inaugural year.

The Jacky's retail division has achieved an overall 39 per cent rise in sales in the first six months of this year. The rise has been attributed mainly to the various promotions run by the company during this period, including offers during the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), and the 107-day Cruise Control promotion - the company's longest-ever promotion.
