In a world-first format that combines education, entertainment, experience and inspiration, the CCW 2003 Conference will deliver content, guidance and strategy optimised to help regional professionals plan and manage their contact centres to maximum effect.

INSIGHTS, the Dubai-based show organisers, and the region's leading call centre educator, promises a Contact Centre event like no other that has gone before it. According to INSIGHTS President, Dominick Keenaghan, "CCW 2003 will be fresh, powerful, insightful, and entertaining. It is being customized explicitly to regional requirements, including Arabic interaction issues, and will inspire delegates to fully maximize the potential of their Contact Centres. Both international experts and many of the region's top contact centre professionals are contributing to the interactive conference programme, and delegates will also have theo opportunity to evaluate state-of-the art solutions with the Middle East's top vendors, consultants and systems integrators in special off-line demonstration sessions.

Keenaghan continued, "Regional organisations are looking to build their competitive edge through stronger and more sophisticated customer relations and Contact Centre establishment and development is a natural evolutionary step. A true understanding of Contact Centre principles, processes and best practice will not only lead to a quicker return on investment but a more customer-focused approach to business. That, as most experts agree, is the best long-term recipe for corporate success. Our intention with CCW 2003 however is to also take delegates beyond the basics to "true Contact Centre enlightenment", if you will. This can be achieved by companies exploring the "individuality" and uniqueness of their own Contact Centre situation, in particular with respect to Contact Centre staff. This is also where an organisation can add unique value to its various products and services and where ultimately a Company will distinguish itself from its competition. Not only will CCW 2003 explore what works best here in the Middle East, but also how these attributes can help to position the Middle East most effectively in the fast expanding international Call Centre market."

In short CCW 2003, which Keenaghan describes as a veritable feast of strategy, education, guidance and entertainment, and one that delegates will be referencing and drawing inspiration from for years and years to come, will provide Contact Centres with the guidance and direction they need to develop their own "Individuality", boosting and revitalizing their existing Contact Centres in the process, and all done in an entertaining, enjoyable and engaging manner.
