Iraq may attend Opec meeting

The Arab League ministers have agreed to allow Iraq's Foreign Minister to attend its meetings, which is seen as boosting the chances of Opec allowing Iraq to be represented at its summit later this month. Opec has so far banned Iraqi representatives in the absence of an internationally recognised government.
