- PRESS RELEASE
Pioneer Gulf has confirmed major importer deals that will ensure their revolutionary Pure Vision plasma television will be widely available across the region.
Pioneer Gulf has been encouraged by the global success of Pure Vision since its launch last year, and in an added boost, specialist magazines in England, Sweden, Holland and Germany have all heralded Pure Vision's arrival with sought-after quality awards.
"The awards come as no surprise," said Takayuki Habu, Managing Director of Pioneer Gulf. "Continuing investment in the development of innovative technologies has given Pioneer the edge in plasma development to place it in an industry leading position."
Pioneer Gulf is continuing negotiations with major distributors to make the 43-inch and 50-inch Pure Vision plasma TV's widely available throughout the region. Already, 65 outlets will be stocking the product across 15 countries.
"We have been overwhelmed by the response in the market place," added Habu. "Our sales teams have received very positive feedback from distributors across the region which means that Pure Vision will be widely available across the Middle East."
Pioneer Corporation is a global leader in audio/video products for the home, car, commerce and industry, particularly in the two core multimedia technologies - DVD and plasma television. Its shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange, Euronext Amsterdam, Tokyo Stock Exchange, and Osaka Securities Exchange.
