Rosewood Abu Dhabi appoints Executive Chef

Additionally, Chef Wolfgang will oversee two more in-hotel restaurants, a total of four indoor and outdoor lounges, La Cava wine cellar, and unparalleled banquet dining.

With more than 29 years' experience, Chef Wolfgang's career includes Al Faisaliah, A Rosewood Hotel and Hotel Al Khozama in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he served as Executive Chef for the past four years.

Prior to joining the Rosewood team in the Middle East, Chef Wolfgang gained excellent culinary experience in kitchens around the world in Sri Lanka, India, USA, China, Switzerland and the Philippines.
