- PRESS RELEASE
Only two weeks after opening the Oman office, Clarendon Parker Middle East expands its recruitment and HR offering to Bahrain.
The Dadabhai Group already has a close professional relationship with Bahrain's Ministry of Labour. As a main provider of the Department's current training and recruitment requirements, Dadabhai saw the increasing need for an experienced and specialized partner in the field.
"Bahrain is a booming market with several large projects coming up, which create a demand for professional staff," said Qutub Dadabhai, Managing Director, Clarendon Parker, Bahrain. "Clarendon Parker's specific approach makes our consultants successful in placing the right candidates with the right clients", he added.
Clarendon Parker delivers the IT infrastructure, Systems Training, Recruitment Expertise and Management to the growing partnership.
"Through our On-line system which currently has over 40,000 candidates, we are able to source and place candidates throughout the GCC", explained Pat Luby, Managing Director, Clarendon Parker Middle East.
"The demand for Bahraini professional staff is growing in our core sectors such as banking and finance, IT, telecoms and construction. Our client's first choice is very often to employ from within the country, if that is not possible, they look into neighbouring states. In the nine years of operating in the UAE this trend has not changed," says Luby.
With the opening of the Bahrain office Clarendon Parker further implements its strategic plan to grow Clarendon Parker's regional business and provide the Middle East corporate sector with a professional, dedicated service.
