The launch of the new Epicor Middle East office is part of the company's global strategy to increase its market share and grow revenue. The new, larger, office located in Dubai will be supported by a larger complement of staff offering greater flexibility and enhanced customer service.
"Our regional consulting team plans to double its size by 2012," said Basil Daniells, regional vice president for Epicor. "The larger consulting team translates to more successful implementations, on-time project delivery, and more satisfied customers which will position us for increased growth."
To build on to the success of the Epicor® next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions in the region, the organization is increasing its channel presence in various countries in the Middle East by growing the number of value added resellers (VAR) working with Epicor ERP. "To date Epicor has grown its Middle East channel by 25%," said Daniells.
"Building on the phenomenal uptake of Epicor ERP in the region, our larger Dubai office will offer our customers even better service and support."
The new Epicor Middle East office is located at Suite No. 107, Building No. 13, Dubai Internet City, Dubai- UAE.
