Parsons executive to speak at Qatar Health, Safety and Environment Conference

Parsons announced that Andrew D. "Andy" Peters, Vice President of Safety, Health & Environment, will serve as a speaker at the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) For Life Qatar 2011 Conference on December 4, 2011. This one-day conference will take place at the Doha Marriot Hotel in Doha, Qatar, and will include panel discussions together with expert and case study presentations.
Mr. Peters joined Parsons in 2003 and has more than 35 years of experience in safety management, loss prevention, and human resources from the mining, heavy construction, and construction equipment industries.
"I look forward to speaking at HSE For Life 2011," said Peters. "Safety is one of Parsons' six core values, and we are recognized as a worldwide leader in occupational health and safety as well as in our care for the environment."
HSE For Life 2011 will provide a platform for safety professionals in construction, government authorities, developers, project managers, suppliers, and contractors to network and learn. The conference will also touch on cost-efficient safety practices and the impact of construction and its footprint to the environment.
