The now familiar yellow and red vans can be seen in many high profile areas and at key junctions of the road network with Dubai police personnel at the wheel.
General Manager for the UAE David Wild said, "This is the company's most visible support of the Dubai government to date and we were pleased to be of assistance. Members of the public have kindly been calling DHL to alert us to what they thought was an incident involving one of our vans only to find out that it was another example of how governments and private sector can successfully work together."
The DHL vans will continue their high profile work for the next two weeks.
