The World at Her Feet, a travel experience group for women in the Middle East, will head out to beautiful Lebanon on 26th Jan 2012. Known as the Paris of the Middle East, women will enjoy a five-day excursion all over Lebanon enjoying historic sightseeing, shopping, cuisine, and nightlife to keep any fast-moving bon viveur (enjoyer of the high life) within the city limits for the duration of her stay.
Lebanon's diverse patchwork of Mediterranean-lapped coast, rugged alpine peaks, and green fertile valleys is packed into a parcel of land some 225km long and 46km wide.
The cosmopolitan flair of modern-day Beirut, the gastronomic renown of the country's food and wine, and an educated and outward-looking population complement a country that is both traditional and progressive in outlook. For all the flavors of its storied past and rugged natural beauty, Lebanon is a well-kept tourist secret that begs exploration.
There are four main geographic regions in Lebanon, differentiated by topography and climate; they include: the coastal plain, the Mount Lebanon Range, the Békaa Valley, and the Anti-Lebanon Range.
The fabulous countryside beyond Beirut offers a true taste of Lebanon, an experience best found through a more lengthy exploration of the country's mountain villages, small seaside towns, and vibrant agricultural hamlets.
The World at her feet offers great travels opportunities for women who are shy to travel alone and provides new experiences and adventures while uniting women with a common goal - their passion for world travel.
The World at her feet is an amazing opportunity for adventure seeking women to discover themselves as they discover the world. It is safe, fun and an opportunity to meet other women while enjoying a once in a lifetime experience.
