QE2 in Dubai is set for lavish New Year party

The outside deck of the QE2 is to be the 'set' for one of Dubai's most lavish and exclusive New Year's Eve parties. The famed ocean liner, now berthed at Port Rashid, will lower its gang planks to an exclusive guest list of celebrities and royalty as explained by Leili Gerami, Project Director, QE2 in this interview with Phil Blizzard.
