The college offers diplomas and higher diplomas in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics and Computers, Business and Travel and Tourism. In addition to full-time courses, the facility offers part-time classes for those who work in the same field.

The college recently threw open its doors for four, separate Open Days, attracting a huge number of prospective students.

The college's tutors were on hand to advise the students and their parents, plus secondary-level careers guidance counsellors, on the educational and vocational programmes on offer for the forthcoming academic year.

Many of the prospective students took the assessment test which is an obligatory procedure prior to enrolment.

Mohammed Al Budoor, the Principal of the college's Academic & Aerospace wing, said: "We were delighted with the positive response we received from the Open Days and the high level of academic achievement of the young people showing an interest in studying at the college.

"We look forward yet again to a high intake of students for the forthcoming academic year and we are confident that they will find the courses absorbing and challenging."

The college's courses are intended to help prepare students for successful careers in aerospace engineering, electronics and computers, business and travel and tourism. They are not intended as a recruitment tool for the Emirates Group.
