  • PRESS RELEASE

Hewlett Packard Middle East is bringing in the New Year by sending out wishes into the world with the HP TwitterWisher. Created using HP technology and the social media platform Twitter, the HP TwitterWisher takes people's wishes made through Twitter and prints them onto floating balloons that are released into the air.

In line with the company's global marketing platform "Everybody On" that celebrates how people around the world are using HP technology to pursue their personal and professional passions, the HP TwitterWisher urges people to embrace the New Year and everything it holds with the message "Everybody2012."

"Technology has allowed people to connect in so many ways," said Suad Merchant, Marketing Manager, Personal Systems Group, HP Middle East.

"The HP TwitterWisher lets people spread good cheer and wishes and connect with people all over the world as we cross over into a new year together."

The HP TwitterWisher will be active from today with balloons carrying the public's wishes being released in the vicinity of the HP Middle East headquarters in Dubai Internet City.
