Cupola Teleservices announces move to DIC
- United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, September 24 - 2003 at 13:20
- PRESS RELEASE
Cupola Teleservices (CTS) today announced the relocation of their Contact Centre to Dubai Internet City.
CTS was established in the Jebel Ali Free Zone in 1999. It is a subsidiary of the Cupola Group and is the region's leading outsourced contact centre provider offering solutions for Customer
Contact Management to a large number of blue chip companies in the region. CTS has also embarked on a planned expansion of its services to encompass Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for a number of its business partners.
According to the General Manager of CTS, Kazim Awan, the decision to relocate from the Jebel Ali Free Zone to DIC, was taken after careful consideration of costs and benefits. The move makes economic sense because DIC provides an IT infrastructure that directly impacts CTS's ability to offer enhanced services to its clients. For a contact centre cum BPO, the relevant technology features that will greatly improve the range and level of services offered include: a sophisticated telephony backbone, a high performance communication platform for data networking and guaranteed levels of security.
