Top Executive Chef comes to Radisson SAS Hotel, Muscat

He was previously Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca.

The dynamic new Executive Chef plans a host of new creative ideas for the hotel's six food and beverage outlets. "There will be a lot of interesting changes and menu options," said Frederic.

Benoit, 35, enjoys Indian, Chinese and Japanese cuisine and likes preparing seafood dishes.

He is married with two children, aged three and five.
