Union National Bank signs an agreement with The Shared Electronic Banking Services Company

The signing ceremony held in Kuwait was attended by Mr. Abdulla Saeed Alrashdi Senior Vice President & Head of Management Services Group at UNB and Mr. Mahmoud Halawa EVP at UNB as well as Mr Jassim Safar KNET Chairman and Mr. Abdulla Al-Ajmi General Manager.

KNET is the National Switch of Kuwait interconnecting local banks in the state of Kuwait.

Mr. Safar KNET Chairman commented "We are delighted to welcome UNB on board as the seventh bank functioning in Kuwait through KNET services We are pleased to fulfil this fruitful cooperation and we look forward to further success and development."

Safar also added that "KNET has partnered with various strategic companies in Kuwait including similar banks".
