The announcement bears testament to the successful relationship forged between the two companies during the first two phases of the project, which took place over the course of 10 months and saw the addition of 30,000 square feet of retail space to the shopping centre.
Phase 1 of the project has already been completed, while Phase 2 is still in progress.
Phase 3, which is set for completion by August 2012, will see the refurbishment of the restaurant/ City Walk precinct, the expansion of retail space and food courts, as well as the renovation of male and female amenities. Development and construction works have been planned to have little to no impact on the centre's activities and customers.

This phase includes various enhancements and expansion initiatives, which will undoubtedly cement the centre's position as one of Dubai's most popular malls, continued Elias.

The firm specialises in construction management and contracting, as well as value engineering, interior fit-out and design-and-build projects, and it counts various well-known regional and international industry players among its clients.
