Nakheel showcases portfolio at Real Estate and Housing Exhibition in Saudi

The exhibition, which seeks to promote the best in real estate investment opportunities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and GCC, is running until the 3rd October at the Dhahran International Exhibitions Centre.

Wahid Attalla, Director of Operations for Nakheel said, "We have already received an overwhelming response from the KSA market to Nakheel's entire range of Dubai-based projects and we continue to see a great deal of potential within this market. This is our first exhibition in the KSA and the GCC, however we are planning to further showcase Nakheel's projects on a GCC level over the coming year".

At the Saudi Exhibition, Nakheel will display its complete portfolio of developments, which span residential and commercial projects. Nakheel's goal with all its projects is to ultimately implement unique, iconic and genuine solutions that have only been created after detailed planning and research.

The rapidly growing portfolio of Nakheel currently under construction includes The World, The Palm, Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Lake Towers and The Gardens Shopping Mall. Projects already completed include The Gardens residential community.
