DHL Middle East conducts regional Quality Management Conference

DHL Middle East reaffirmed its commitment in providing its clients with the highest quality service, by recently hosting a regional Quality Management Conference for their key regional staff at the Intercontinental Hotel, Doha.
The DHL representatives conduct this dedicated Quality Management course for DHL's regional staff on an annual basis as part of DHL's on going strategy of ensuring the integrity and efficiency of its Quality Management Systems which cover all 11 countries in the Middle Eastern region, including the GCC states, Yemen, Iran and Syria. This year, the conference was hosted by DHL Qatar.
"We have made it a point to conduct courses of similar nature throughout the years which run in line with our strategy of constantly striving to provide and maintain a superior quality of service for our clients" explained Mark Frith, Quality Manager-DHL Middle East." We are confident that the high quality content of our courses will put us a step further towards achieving our aim" continued Frith.
Following the Quality Management Conference, all trained DHL staff return to their respective countries and apply their learning to their DHL operations by managing, maintaining and auditing their Quality Management System with the most up-to-date and efficient techniques.
