V.K. Universal Property Management is newest member of Bahrian Property Development Association

Founded in August 2010, the Bahrain Property Development Association (BaPDA) is the first of its kind in Bahrain, and has already initiated, in the short period of its existence, efforts towards forming amicable business ties among the members, and providing a platform for them to communicate with governmental and non-governmental agencies thereby increasing the efficiency, productivity and quality of the industry.

Welcoming the new member organization, Mr. Aaref Hejres, Chairman of the Board of BaPDA, said, "Through a combination of integrity, professionalism, discipline, teamwork and practical research, V K universal Property Management Co. has emerged as one of the leading real estate investor, developer and promoter. In the occasion Mr. Varghese Kurian has expressed his pleasure in being part of this association and said V.K. Universal Property Management Co. SPC, has invested and developed malls, high rise commercial and residential buildings, hotels, hospital, villa compounds etc., and we are looking into investing in education by bringing the prestigious University of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC) to Bahrain. The degrees will be awarded by UWIC and well known Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) as well.

He has also added that it was time to join the first association caring for developer's interests in Bahrain and the GCC in this matter and looking forward to exchange expertise with its members plus benefiting from the services BaPDA provides to its own members and to interested parties in the property development field. We strongly believe in BaPDA's mission, vision, aims and objectives and look forward to be an interactive member in BaPDA.
