On its second day, Tuesday 21 February, 'Cityscape Egypt/ Next Move', the real estate global event held at the Cairo International Convention Center in Cairo, witnessed an unprecedented rush of attendance since the early morning of the day.

Amid interviews with visitors, they said they are going to study and evaluate many offers provided by exhibitors adding that their main selection is based on price and location of the project in first place, in addition to privileges they will get after purchasing.

Visitors also claimed that they weren't aware of projects offered by companies before the launch of the event, which they described with the" gate of confidence" to buy, at the moment, adding that it allowed them to see everything in just one place and being able to choose between different offers, while they expected an increasing demand by afternoon.

They demanded to extend the exhibition until Friday, assuring that many of their colleagues could not attend because of work conditions, "Even if people were able to pass, they would have no time to have a good look".
