LaserFiche helps leading Civil Contracting company manage documents

The company has several offices in Abu Dhabi apart from the site offices that are set-up for each construction site.

The multi-location set up of the Bin Hafeez Group posed several challenges to the company in terms of documents reaching the intended recipient in the quickest possible time and at the lowest cost. Further, the most common mode of communication at the company is through faxes and is done manually. Thus inter-office faxes take up a lot of time not to mention the cost of photocopying these faxes to route it to the intended recipient.

Subsequently, the LaserFiche Document Management solution was proposed by the Solutions Middle East team. Moreover, an electronic fax server (RightFAX) was proposed to be integrated with LaserFiche so that faxes coming in and going out of Bin Hafeez Group are captured by the fax server and in-turn moved to LaserFiche. Once in LaserFiche, these faxes (and any other document) can be routed to several people through an electronic workflow system. This saves a lot of paper and time, which in-turn results in cost savings.
