Altitude Software to exhibit in the Dubai Internet City Community Zone at GITEX

Altitude Software, a global technology leader of contact centre solutions for Unified Customer Interaction (uCI), today announced that it will be exhibiting at this year's GITEX Dubai within the Dubai Internet City (DIC) Community Zone.

Altitude uCI is a customer interaction management (CIM) solution with full blended support for voice (inbound and outbound), IVR, email, web collaboration and chat.

With the general availability of the Altitude uCI 7 release to be announced and showcased in the Middle East during GITEX Dubai 2003, the Altitude uCI suite goes from contact centre to unified interaction network. This new release specifically introduces support for networked virtual contact centres and delivers innovative tools that allow the rapid deployment of business activities such as debt-collection, telebanking or customer service campaigns.
Altitude Software will also be running several business seminars during the event to share insights from adopters of CIM solutions in the Middle East. Such seminars are specifically tailored to suit business executives responsible for leading their organizations CRM initiatives and strategies. The Seminars will be located in The DIC Community Zone from the Gitex Dubai 2003, in a specific business lounge where professionals can take a break from the hectic Gitex schedule.
