Reporting directly to the group's Director of Marketing, Ms Justine Howard, Michelle will be re-branding and re-launching the group's existing loyalty programme in response to changing guest needs. She will also introduce and develop a new 'Corporate Loyalty Programme,' offering a range of benefits for regular corporate business bookers.
Justine Howard said: 'Michelle is the perfect candidate for this position, having over 14 years experience in the hospitality and travel industries, of which the latter 3 years were spent with Dubai's Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing office in the UK. She is very knowledgeable about the UAE and regional markets and is a real asset to our Sales & Marketing Team.'
Michelle Jones added: 'In moving to the hotel industry, I will be given the opportunity to broaden my skills, especially as I will be working with one of the leading hotel groups in Dubai. I am really looking forward to the challenge of my new role.'
Jebel Ali International Hotels appoints new Loyalty Programme Manager
Jebel Ali International Hotels, owner/operator of three of Dubai's leading hotels, the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa, the Hatta Fort Hotel and the Oasis Beach Hotel announced today that Michelle Jones has joined the group as the Loyalty Programme Manager.
