Northwestern University in Qatar holds its annual Career and Internship Fair

Qatar's premier companies joined leading local and international media organizations to recruit students at Northwestern University in Qatar's annual Career and Internship Fair at Education City.

NU-Q will graduate its first student class this May 2012, and the journalism and communication seniors are already in high demand for careers in news, public relations, strategic communications, film production and more.

Companies in attendance included: Al Jazeera International Documentary Film Festival, Doha Film Institute, Qatar Foundation, Thomson Reuters News Agency, Exxon Mobil, Qatar News Agency, Qatar Airways, Al Jazeera Children's Network, The Pearl -UDC, QF Radio, The Peninsula Newspaper, Brown Lloyd James, Ginger Camel Production, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Qulture web magazine, Forbes Associates Public Relations, and ADABISC Advertising.

Also providing information on graduate and professional school at the fair was: the United States Embassy, the British Council and University College London-Qatar.
