Dubai becoming Mid East's corporate hub, says Al Ghurair
- United Arab Emirates: Sunday, October 12 - 2003 at 13:39
- PRESS RELEASE
Dubai is fast becoming the corporate office hub for the Middle East, according to His Excellency Saif Al Ghurair, a member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Economic Board.
"Yes we have the right location, but other facets which are attracting companies to establish corporate offices here are the fact that Dubai is safe and secure and has all the right facilities, in terms of communications and vital services," he said.
Al Ghurair toured the show, which runs until Tuesday night, stopping at many of the over 60 stands on display.
"This show is developing annually and the fact that Dubai also hosts some of the region's major events and festivals has increased demand for many of the types of product on display here," he added.
Premium 2003, which is organised by Channels Exhibitions, features exhibitors from 14 countries as national pavilions from Taiwan and China.
