Tech Access demonstrate the breadth of iForce solutions at Gitex 2003

Solutions experts from the company will roll-out a 'showcase' initiative, which will present the iForce Center's 'test before you invest' concept to attendees at the region's biggest technology event, working with a number of key partners.

'The Tech Access Solutions Center is becoming a key resource for businesses in the Middle East, and we wanted to demonstrate its wide utility and the scope of solutions on offer at this year's GITEX,' said Shomail Ghalib, managing director, Tech Access. 'Through our participation in this event, and through our extension of the Solutions Center, we hope to further strengthen Sun's market share in the region.'

Tech Access representatives will be present on a number of solution partners' stands, including the SAP Arabia Solutions island, the Oracle OpenWorld pavilion and the Computer Associates Middle East stand. They will be on hand to advise how the technology on show can be trialed on state-of-art Sun infrastructure at the Solutions Center, located in Dubai Internet City, and help attendees to analyze their immediate and long-term technology needs.

Since its launch last year, the Tech Access Solutions Center has enabled a wide variety of companies to assess the value of different business and evaluate the potential return on investment of their planned technology projects. Executives predict that Tech Access' presence at GITEX 2003 will further raise the profile of this important regional business resource.

'Part of the core strength of GITEX is that is brings together partners and potential customers from around the world, to exchange ideas and share knowledge,' said Ghalib. 'The challenge facing most organizations today is how to integrate different technology solutions - hardware, software and human resources - to resolve their business problems. We'll be working with partners like Sun, Oracle, SAP and CA-ME to provide real-life demonstrations of how these integrated solutions can work.'

Tech Access experts will provide advice on a number of areas, including strategy development, collaborative design, system integration and application integration.
