Interactive Intelligence to demonstrate innovative contact centre and BPA technology solutions at FT Summit

Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, announced its participation in the Financial Technology Summit Middle East, which will be held in Abu Dhabi on the 10th and 11th of April 2012.

The company will be exhibiting a number of its contact center solutions which streamline operations of financial institutions and insurance companies. Among these are the Interaction Dialer, Interaction Recorder, Interaction Feedback and solutions for CRM integration and Business Process Automation.

Finally, customers can create structured automated post call surveys using Interaction Feedback. This system seamlessly accesses results and related recordings from the Interaction Recorder for added simplicity. Interactive Intelligence further offers customers flexibility in the mode of deployment as each system can be set up on-premise, as a cloud-based solution or as a managed service.

Interactive Intelligence will be exhibiting its solutions which integrate with cloud based models such as RightNow and Sales force as well as with on premise CRM deployments such as SAP, Siebel, Onyx, Astute, Remedy and Heat. The company will also demonstrate its industry leading solution for business process automation - Interaction Process Automation (IPA) .
