Mr. Adel Al Majed, General Manager Consumer Banking Group indicated, "Our strategy is to position our online services in line with our customer needs". He also added "our online strategy also includes providing convenience for our customers and as a result we are continuously offering innovative and new service on our online channels"
In line with this, Al-Majed added that we have made an alignment with MTC-Vodafone to enable NBK customers using their debit cards to top up their eeZee mobile telephone lines easily and securely using a simple SMS message". We have also added paying private schools installments through Watani Online, our best of breed online banking service and we will continue to offer value added services in the future".
