iHorizons, the leading Internet software and content management solution provider in the region,will be demonstrating its latest web-based content management solutions at Gitex this month.
Working closely with Microsoft, iHorizons is also introducing its Plug-Ins for Microsoft Content Management Server (CMS). Building on the powerful platform of CMS 2002 to enable clients in the region to quickly create and deploy Arabic-based web content in a flexible and rich way, iHorizons Plug-Ins for CMS provide a complete out-of-the-box solution.
iHorizons has recently signed with major clients to power their content management needs, including the Doha Securities Market, Al Raya and GulfTimes newspapers and several others. In addition a number of its clients have recently launched their sites, powered by iHorizons technologies, including Qatar National Olympic Committee, Qatar Foreign Information Agency, National Council for Culture Arts and Heritage, El Quds Institution and Jordan Elections.

The Gitex demonstrations will show iHorizons Knowledge Server's advanced tools in creating rich content, collaborating with teams using workflow functions, publishing content to various media (including HTML, XML, PocketPC and WAP), syndicating content and creating interactive community elements like discussion groups and live votes. All this is done using an easy-to-use, web-based Arabic interface.
iHorizons' stand at Gitex will be at the Microsoft Partner Pavilion, Hall 6, stand A6-1. In addition, iHorizons will present a seminar at the Microsoft stand providing a perspective on the Arabic content management challenge. The seminar is titled "Extending Microsoft Content Management Server 2002" (Tuesday, Oct. 21, 11:40 am - 12:10 pm).
iHorizons will also be presenting its expertise in business process automation, software localization and IT consulting. The company will reveal its new corporate identity and website in the event.
