2nd Oman Customer Service Excellence Awards 2013 to promote excellence and innovations in customer care

The 2nd Oman Customer Service Excellence Awards 2013 will take place on 25th June 2013 at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and is all set to promote excellence and innovations in customer care.

Nominations for the 2nd Oman Customer Service Excellence Awards 2013 are open for rewarding businesses and public sector organisations in Oman and the deadline for submitting nomination forms is before 25th May 2013.

The Awards are designed to recognise the importance of customer service by leading organisations from different sectors and to encourage them to instill performance culture, provide exemplary services and customer experiences and set an example of best practices in the industry in terms of quality, innovation and customer care.

"Nominated organisations and those who are enthusiastic about customer care and best practices will experience and witness why some organisations are the best. The organisations who won during the 1st Oman Customer Service Excellence Awards were customer centric and had a very high level of employee commitment towards it," says Mr. Sadiq Ahmed Khan, Director - B2B Events & Marketing.

Presented through a special ceremony, the Awards will recognise customer service excellence from representatives belonging to the Public Sector, Automobile Sector, Banking Sector, Insurance Sector, Retail Sector, Hospitality & Tourism Sector, Telecom Sector, Healthcare Sector and the Transport & Logistic Sector.

The 2nd Oman Customer Service Excellence Awards is organised by OITE Conferences under the patronage of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Tourism. Powered by ITON, the event receives support from Omantel as Main Sponsor, Nawras as Telecom Sponsor, National Bank of Oman as Gold Sponsor and Times of Oman as Media Partner.
