The partnership agreement allows ABA Technology Solutions to market, sell and implement the entire range of ACCPAC ERP solutions in Qatar.

The agreement, according to Mohamed Ebrik, general manager at ABA Technology Solutions, allows the company to fill a gap in the software market in Qatar and help it expand its client base beyond the Qatari market. He says:' There are many international and local brands in Qatar, but few have been able to gain enough market trust because of the lack of vendor as well as local support, leaving customers unhappy whenever a support issue occurs.' He continues:' We trust ACCPAC, not only because of the power of its solutions, but also because of its strong commitment to its channel and its customers, something that ACCPAC has proved in its last few years of operations in the Middle East.'

ABA Technology Solutions is a leading technology provider for the large enterprise market in Qatar. Ebrik suggests that the needs of the mid-market enterprise market can only be efficiently served by software solutions that have been designed to the needs of this market segment. He says: 'We've been servicing the large enterprise market for more than 3 years and we know companies in Qatar are looking for straight forward business applications for an affordable price. Our research showed that ACCPAC is the best fit and the best value for money that growing companies can invest in.'

ACCPAC brings to the Middle East a range of software programs that address integrated accounting, finance, distribution, human resources, and warehousing needs. Ebrik says: 'With the ACCPAC brand, customers can choose to work on any of several leading databases and they can integrate ACCPAC with any other application of choice. We can customize the applications to meet their business processes and the customer can even choose to use the applications via the Internet, thanks to ACCPAC's web-based architecture.'

A key benefit of ACCPAC solutions, according to Ebrik, is the scalability they bring to customers. 'As the computing needs of an SMB enterprise grow, the applications will need to grow with them. With ACCPAC, our customers are secure even when they increase in size and complexity over the years. We will be able to support them now and in the future.'

Marc Van der Ven, general manager for ACCPAC Middle East, ends: 'The quality of our partners is fundamental to any successful implementation for our customers. That is why we are very pleased to be working with Ali Bin Ali Technology Solutions' team of dedicated, focused experts. As specialists in providing technology solutions they will add value to ACCPAC software by providing customers with the right solutions and the service that will uphold our reputation in the market.'
