Cupola Teleservices to expand BPO services from Dubai Internet City facility

Cupola Teleservices (CTS), a division of the Cupola Group, has embarked on a planned expansion of its offerings delivered from its facility at Dubai Internet City (DIC) to encompass a wider range of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.
CTS, which relocated to Dubai Internet City on September 20, provides Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to companies throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Several blue chip companies including Hewlett Packard (HP), Cisco Systems, Western Union Money Transfer and Siemens Mobile are among its customers.
"Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is an exciting sector and we are keen to support the efforts of companies like Cupola Teleservices to build their competencies in this domain in the region," said Dr. Omar Bin Sulaiman, CEO, Dubai Internet City. According to the General Manager of CTS, Kazim Awan, the decision to move to Dubai Internet City was taken after careful consideration of costs and benefits.
