ESKADENIA® Workflow is a powerful, customisable, secure and portable workflow system, built from scratch by ESKADENIA team of designers & developers.

With its user-friendly interface, the system allows enterprises to substantially reduce bureaucratic paper work and cut down the time consumed in long internal processes. It allows users to trace any initiated process and request company reports in PDF format, providing information on various work processes.

Keeping up with the latest technologies, ESKADENIA® Workflow was built using Microsoft.Net advanced development tools. The system's flexibility enables the administrator to build forms and create processes according to the enterprise's needs.

Focus has been placed on the security of the system enabling the administrator to allocate authorisation levels to various users. Permissions granted to users can be modified according to the changing hierarchy of the enterprise.

The Workflow system integrates with ESKADENIA applications such as ESKADENIA® Business Manager, ESKADENIA® CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ESKADENIA® Insures (General & Medical Insurance System).
