Prominent participation from South Africa at 7th Muscat International Fair

The Ministry of Trade and Industry of South Africa and the South African Consulate in Dubai have approached several industrial and foreign trade companies to participate at Oman's Official International Trade and Industrial Exhibition.

7th Muscat International Fair - will be held from 19 to 22 January 2004 at Oman International Exhibition Centre, Muscat. The event is organized under the auspices of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Oman and supported by Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, The Omani Centre for Investment Promotion and Export Development and Public Establishment for Industrial Estates.

7th MIF is an ideal platform for public and private organizations that are keen to establish business relations with the Omani and neighboring markets. The event acts as a showcase/ meeting ground for business development by introducing new products or services through appointing distributor and moreover helps associate with a local partner. The event also provides an excellent platform for corporate promotions and popularizing a brand or service to local businessmen.

Mr. Sadiq Ahmed Khan - Director of Sales & Marketing at OITE the organizers of the exhibition said the event has been very important for showcasing various products and services to the business community of the Sultanate. The organizers have appointed international representatives to promote the aforementioned exhibition in various countries.
