Kuwait Oil Tanker Company renews a 3-year enterprise agreement to implement Microsoft platform at Gitex 2003

Kuwait Oil Tanker Company (KOTC), the Middle East's largest oil shipping company, today announced it has signed a 3-year enterprise agreement with Microsoft Corporation.
"For the last three years, Microsoft products and services positively impacted our productivity as well as cost." Commented Mr. Hussein Al Hamdan, Chief Information Officer, KOTC. "Our company now works smarter and much more efficiently. The Microsoft Enterpriser Agreement helped us achieve compliancy and streamlined our technology acquisition and adoption process. Microsoft has shown value and gained our management trust to renew this three-year contract."
"KOTC continued strong relationship with Microsoft was signified by the renewal of this Enterprise Agreement. KOTC is one of Microsoft's most valuable and strategic customers in the North Gulf region," commented Emre Berkin, Vice President, Microsoft Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA). "We are confident that this agreement will extend and solidify our strong partnership".
Mohamed Helmy, Enterprise and Partner Group manager, Microsoft North Gulf, concluded by saying: "We look forward for three more years of successful and fruitful partnership with KOTC. We value their trust and will continue acting in their best interest."
