Orbit launches 'Al Riyadhiya' - the new sports channel

As part of its commitment to the highest standard of home entertainment, the Orbit Satellite and Radio Television Network, the leading Pay-TV Platform in the Middle East and North Africa, announced the official launch of 'Al Riyadhiya' a new daily 12-hours sports channel.
Orbit subscribers will enjoy watching the hot matches of the Egyptian, UAE, Qatari and Kuwaiti leagues as well as Asian Cup, GCC Cup events, while wrestling aficionados can spend great time watching the best ever ring shows.
According to a statement released by Orbit, the new channel will provide a number of interesting sports programmes, analyses and news updates. The weekly Riyadh-based Programme (Sports Centre) "Al Markaz Al Riyadhi" will provide the viewers with intensive and analytic coverage of the most striking and premier events of Saudi league as well as regional and international scenes.
The popular commentators Yaser Ali Deeb, Mohammed Al Saqa and Majed Al - Hamidi will host Who's Who of Saudi sports community.
