BankMuscat posts 10pc rise in net

BankMuscat nine month profit rose 10 per cent to USD53m. It said interest income grew by 16 per cent to USD135.7m, leading to an operating profit rise of 23 per cent to USD78.5m. Customer deposits grew by 5 per cent to USD2.78bn, while loans and advances rose marginally to USD3.44bn.
