First SCSP Certification in the United Arab Emirates

The SCSP is the highest tier certification offered by Symantec to individuals that display expertise in any two Symantec security categories and have demonstrated general security knowledge with an industry certification such as a CISSP.

By achieving the SCSP certification, the highest level in the Symantec Certification Program, D K Jaytirtha, demonstrated in-depth knowledge and expertise of security disciplines including firewall, VPN technologies and intrusion detection.

Jaytirtha, senior security consultant, earned the credential as a Symantec Certified Security Practitioner (SCSP) by completing comprehensive, self-study hours along with technology and product-specific exams. To achieve SCSP status, Jaytirtha demonstrated overall knowledge in security planning, deployment and utilisation along with product proficiency of Symantec's products. He is already a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
