Orbit opens its second showroom in Bahrain

The Orbit Satellite Television & Radio Network announced the opening of its second showroom and customer service centre in Bahrain.

The new showroom is located in Bokwara Street in Riffa area. Orbit's first showroom located at Ras Romal in Manama, has been in operation servicing Orbit's customers since 2001.

In a statement during the opening ceremony, Samir Abdul Hadi the president and CEO of Orbit commented, "The decision to open a new showroom is part of a strategic plan to enhance the Orbit customers experience in Bahrain. We noticed a significant increase in subscription numbers in the Kingdom in general and in Riffa area specifically, so in order to keep the high level of customer service we decided to open this new showroom which will provide support services and will be convenient for those customers who live in neighbouring areas of Rifaa."

"Responding and reacting to viewers is a fundamental aspect of Orbit's overall marketing strategy which puts the customers first. We hope that increasing the amount of services to our customers will improve the high quality home TV entertainment experience through the provision of excellent customer service," commented Ali Ajouz, Orbit's VP of Marketing and Public Relations.

"Orbit has succeeded in becoming the pioneering provider of quality home TV entertainment to its subscribers, and as a result the subscription numbers are rapidly increasing throughout the region. By adopting this strategy, the Orbit experience only gets better" Ajouz further added.

The new showroom in Riffa is schedule to open for the public during Ramadan from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, and from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. On Friday, timing is from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. After Ramadan, timing will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, and from 3:30 to 10:00 pm. On Friday, timing will be from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
