The distinctive and innovative campaign showed Co-Op Islami in woollen mittens, caps and socks, especially designed to showcase how the company cares for its chicken.

Saleh Saeed Lootah, Chief Executive Officer at Co-Op Islami, said: "By winning both the Gold and Silver awards, Co-Op Islami has firmly stamped its seal as a world-class home-grown brand in the UAE and Gulf. It is also a result of our innovative marketing strategy aimed at further enhancing our market share, and reflects the high quality of work being done by our communications partner, Bates PanGulf.

He added: "Through this press campaign we also wanted to convey the key message that Co-Op Islami is a company that really cares for its chickens, right from the way they are raised, fed and slaughtered. We are happy to see the advertising industry rewarding good creative work".
