The UAE based IT solutions integrator won in a competitive field featuring five bidders and the value of the deal is estimated over Dh500,000
"We won based on our track record of implementing the Helpdesk solutions for both ourselves and for other clients, including a leading Dubai based financial institution," said Narendra Talreja, customer service manager for Wintel and enterprise at SSC. "Our role will be to define, design and implement ITIL best practices at ADIB by deploying HP OpenViewService Desk that will incorporate Helpdesk procedures and processes to facilitate end user support."
According to Adel Al Zarouni, Senior Vice President, IT at ADIB, their concentration is on making IT an enabler for their business. "We can focus on this by outsourcing operational aspects to companies with competencies and cost advantages. ADIB's state-of-art infrastructure has placed it among the most advanced banks in the region and enabled the bank to provide most innovative products and services to its customers."
