Saudi Aramco confirms support to the IT Service Level Management Conference

The presentation will address service level agreements and how they should fully detail expected deliverables to enforce accountability, giving an in-depth overview of the strategy and critical components of service level agreements.

The Middle East IT Service Level Management Conference takes place on 14-17 December 2003 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai. It is organised by IIR and supported by itSMF - IT Service Management Forum, Emirates Bank International, Vodacom, Kingswell International, Saudi Aramco, Affirmative Technology Services, ADNOC Distribution and the Institute of Service Management.

The conference is supplemented by three workshops which will cover IT best practices in ITIL Essentials, drafting successful IT Service Level Agreements and the Essentials of BS 15000, the new IT Service Management standard.
