Saudi Aramco confirms support to the IT Service Level Management Conference

Saudi Aramco confirmed its support to the Middle East IT Service Level Management Conference, which will be held on 14-17 December at the JW Marriott Hotel, by sending the Head of their Service Management Division to the forum.
"Saudi Aramco is a welcome addition to the programme which covers IT Service Level Management and the implementation of best practices in the Middle East", said Barth de Ridder, IIR Executive Director. "Jaafar Ibrahim of Saudi Aramco's Service Management Division and Haroon Ul Rashid of their SLA/OLA Management Unit will address the event and highlight successes and barriers in Saudi Aramco's service level management implementation."
The Middle East IT Service Level Management Conference takes place on 14-17 December 2003 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai. It is organised by IIR and supported by itSMF - IT Service Management Forum, Emirates Bank International, Vodacom, Kingswell International, Saudi Aramco, Affirmative Technology Services, ADNOC Distribution and the Institute of Service Management.
The conference is supplemented by three workshops which will cover IT best practices in ITIL Essentials, drafting successful IT Service Level Agreements and the Essentials of BS 15000, the new IT Service Management standard.
