The sessions will take place at both locations on both days from 9am to 1pm and 8pm to 11pm.
The assessment will allow candidates FREE entry to Gateway 2003, a free career profile, and the opportunity to apply for up to 20 of the 250 jobs on offer at the event.
Gateway 2003, taking place between December 7-9, brings together employers seeking Emirati staff and serious job seekers. In a first-of-its-kind-event, Gateway 2003 enables job seekers to register on-line, submit resumes and undergo job profile testing BEFORE the event.
Pre-filtered delegates are then put forward for real jobs, and candidates and employers will meet during the event, which also includes career and life enhancing seminars and workshops.
The first event to target real jobs on-site, and the first event to be held at Dubai's 'Knowledge Village', will bring together leading Emirates employers, including government, tourism, retail, IT, media and banking organisations, and hundreds of high-achieving young Emiratis keen to embark on a successful career.
Káren Storey, Managing Partner of x-Logic, said: 'There are many highly talented young Emirati job seekers out there. The idea of Gateway 2003 is to bring together these potential high achievers and potential employers in a convenient and efficient way. This is a serious event for serious job seekers, and we expect more than 250 real jobs to be on offer.'
Delegates must pay a nominal fee, but those taking part in the assessment will be sponsored to attend - there are up to 300 free places on offer for those wishing to attend Gateway 2003.
Dubai Institute for Human Resource Development (DIHRD) is backing 100 free places, Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing Department is providing another 100 free places, while X-Logic, the company organising the event, has pledged a further 100.
The event sponsors include National Bank of Dubai, the Emiratisation Task Force for Tourism, the Government of Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, WAFI Group and Microsoft. As well as these organisations, more than 70 leading UAE private and public sector companies will attend and exhibit.
Knowledge Village is an official supporter of Gateway 2003.
