SWISS WorldCargo and Polar Air Cargo sign new accord in the UAE

Speaking on the agreement, Vasco Furtado, Regional Manager Gulf, Iran & Sri Lanka, Swiss WorldCargo said, "We are very pleased with this new partnership, as it will ensure customers continue to receiving the outstanding professional service and attention that they have come to expect from both Swiss WorldCargo and Polar Air Cargo.

Dedicated Swiss WorldCargo staff in Dubai will maintain high service standards for its customers and for all Polar Air Cargo Services. The cooperation agreement will expand Swiss WorldCargo's duties to include all aspects of customer service and indoor sales, such as cargo consignment reservations, providing product and service information, and responding to customer feedback. In addition, Swiss will provide loading and warehouse supervision to optimise the allocated capacity for each Polar Air Cargo flight.

Both service providers now offer a full range of services, a variety of capacity levels and destinations, not only from India but also in and out of the UAE. Polar Air Cargo routes now include three weekly flights from Europe (Amsterdam - AMS) via Dubai (DXB) to India (Bombay - BOM, Madras - MAA) and returning via the same route except Bombay.
