"The Log Book also serves as a convenient way for customers to record and track the oil change history of their vehicles," said Hussain Sultan, ENOC Group Chief Executive & Board Member.
The Log Book, which can be extended and updated, also includes a conversion table, emergency telephone numbers, a two-year calendar and pockets for the safe keeping of vehicle registration cards and driving licences. It is available free-of-charge at any of the ENOC Group's Quick Lube facilities throughout Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
"We hope this gesture will assist us in developing a closer relationship with our valued customers," said Sultan.
"We are committed to maintaining and improving our customer satisfaction levels by innovating service improvements and delivering value-added products."
