Intel confirms channel commitment with Middle East conference, training for integrators and resellers

Intel announced today its roadmap for the fall 2003 Intel Channel Conferences (ICC) for resellers and system integrators, which offers comprehensive training, networking opportunities and third party vendor showcases.
"At Intel, we want to make sure that our customers in the Middle East have access to world class quality and support, so it is essential that we provide channel members with constant information about our latest products as well as technical training and marketing support to allow them to afford a great computing experience for all Intel users in the Middle East. The Intel Channel Conference is key to our channel programs, where it enables us to provide resellers and integrators with product knowledge, marketing incentives and training, to support them in delivering the right solutions to customers, at the right price," said Klaus Wehler, Channel Manager for the Middle East and Africa at Intel. "This is an excellent opportunity for resellers and integrators across the region to preview the latest products designed to help enable [OR: "help"] enhancing their business and providing innovative solutions for customers."
Across the Arab world, having visited Cairo, Manama, Beirut, Alexandria and Casablanca, the Intel Channel Conference is scheduled to be held in Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Khobar, Jeddah, Muscat and Riyadh in December. The event will also take place in over 100 cities across Europe to ensure that resellers throughout EMEA achieve the same standards and hands-on grasp of the latest Intel channel strategies.
The Intel Channel Conference is broad-based training that provides managers, and technical personnel from system integrators and resellers with the most recent information on the state of the industry as well as Intel products, roadmaps, and technology. The fall Intel Channel Conferences will include information on upcoming new products, including microprocessors, desktop and server boards, networking and wireless products.
The Intel Channel Membership Programs are especially designed to support product integrators with resources and tools to help them grow their business selling Intel products. Whether they are just starting or consolidating their position, these programs provide a range of incentives, benefits and resources scaled to support their marketing needs.
