PeopleSoft increases end-user training opportunities for Middle East customers with new education solution

The User Productivity Kit is set to provide organizations in the Gulf, Levant, and North Africa with a synchronized platform to produce, deploy, and publish training content in a variety of formats within a single authoring session. The new solution enables customers to accelerate user adoption and maximize their investment in PeopleSoft solutions.

Innovative platform for real-time training development
The User Productivity Kit includes comprehensive end-user training content developed by PeopleSoft's industry-leading instructional design experts. The solution includes training for standardized business processes that can be used "out of the box" or easily modified to meet customers' unique needs. In addition, the User Productivity Kit provides organizations with a single-source repository for end-user training needs. As a result, organizations can quickly update and distribute training content based on application deployment schedules or changes in business processes.

The User Productivity Kit Development Tool enables Middle East-based customers to produce and deploy content in multiple formats from one authoring session. For example, while an individual is executing a transaction within a business process, the tool simultaneously records each action. Once a process is complete, users can publish the content into multiple deliverables, such as user or instructor-led training documentation, Web-based training tools, and help screens.
